The Virginia Community Development Corporation office is located at 1840 West Broad Street, Suite 200, which is at the northeast corner of the intersection of West Broad Street and North Meadow Street in Richmond, Virginia.

To get to VCDC from:

The North:

Take I-95 South to Exit 78 (the Boulevard). Make a right off the exit onto the Boulevard and follow the Boulevard through four stoplights. Make a left at the fifth stoplight onto West Broad Street and follow West Broad through five stoplights. At the sixth stoplight make a left onto North Meadow Street. Parking is located on the side of the building just off of Meadow Street and also behind the building. VCDC is located in Suite 200 in the front of the building.

The East:

Take I-64 West to the point at which I-64 West meets I-95 North. Take Exit 78 (the Boulevard) and make a left at the bottom of the exit onto Hermitage Road. Follow Hermitage Road through four stoplights. After the fourth stoplight, take the second left onto Marshall Street. Once you are on Marshall immediately turn right into the large parking lot in back of the red brick building. VCDC is located in Suite 200 at the front of the building.

The South:

Take I-95 North to Exit 78 (the Boulevard). Make a left at the bottom of the exit onto Hermitage Road. Follow Hermitage Road through four stoplights. After the fourth stoplight, take the second left onto Marshall Street. Once you are on Marshall immediately turn right into the large parking lot in back of the red brick building. The West:

Take I-64 to the point at which I-64 East meets I-95 South. Immediately after the merge with I-95 South, take Exit 78 (the Boulevard). Make a right off the exit onto the Boulevard and follow the Boulevard through four stoplights. Make a left at the fifth stoplight onto West Broad Street and follow West Broad through five stoplights. At the sixth stoplight make a left onto North Meadow Street. Parking is located on the side of the building just off of Meadow and also behind the building. VCDC is located in Suite 200 in the front of the building.
