The Virginia Community Development Corporation office is located at 1840 West Broad Street, Suite 200, which is at the northeast corner of the intersection of West Broad Street and North Meadow Street in Richmond, Virginia.

To get to VCDC from:

The North:

Take I-95 South to Exit 78 (the Boulevard). Merge right off of the exit onto the Boulevard and follow the Boulevard approximately 1 mile to West Broad Street. Turn left onto West Broad Street and follow West Broad 0.8 miles to North Meadow Street. Turn left onto North Meadow Street. Parking is located on the side of the building just off of Meadow Street and also behind the building. VCDC is located in the front of the building in Suite 200.

The East:

Follow I-64 West to I-95 North. Take Exit 78 (the Boulevard) and make a left at the bottom of the exit onto Hermitage Road. Follow Hermitage Road approximately 1.5 miles to Marshall Street. Turn left onto Marshall Street and then right into the parking lot behind the VCDC building. VCDC is located in the front of the building in Suite 200.

The South:

Take I-95 North to Exit 78 (the Boulevard)and make a left at the bottom of the exit onto Hermitage Road. Follow Hermitage Road approximately 1.5 miles to Marshall Street. Turn left onto Marshall Street and then right into the parking lot behind the VCDC building. VCDC is located in the front of the building in Suite 200.

The West:

Take I-64 to the point at which I-64 East meets I-95 South. Immediately after the merge with I-95 South, take Exit 78 (the Boulevard). Merge right off of the exit onto the Boulevard and follow the Boulevard approximately 1 mile to West Broad Street. Turn left onto West Broad Street and follow West Broad 0.8 miles to North Meadow Street. Turn left onto North Meadow Street. Parking is located on the side of the building just off of Meadow Street and also behind the building. VCDC is located in the front of the building in Suite 200.
