How does the program work?
Two representatives from each participating organization will join fellow non-profit leaders for over a year of amazing experiences including:
- 4 overnight retreats*
- A dedicated professional coach to guide your team
- 3 virtual connection points
- Collaboration and support of like-minded leaders

At the center of the program is your organizations performance challenge – the top problem facing your organizations ability to achieve long-term goals and mission impact. The program is designed to give you a laser focus on your performance challenge while driving change for longevity and establishing accountability focused on measurable results.

- Webinars and coaching call sessions are scheduled between retreats and planned well in advance with participants.
- Attendance is mandatory for all retreats and program functions. In addition, time commitments outside of the program may be required.
*VCDC is actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and taking extreme caution as it pertains to in-person meetings. While we are hopeful for an all clear for in-person gatherings come March of 2021 we are prepared to shift to a virtual format if necessary.
- Tuition is $2,000 per organization plus travel costs.
- Mission:Elevation is available at an subsidized rate due to our generous program sponsors.
How do I apply?
The next class of the Mission Elevation program will begin in early 2021. Applications will be available in late summer of 2020. Stay tuned for more information coming soon.
